Compatibility

Works well with:
Argan Oil Rosehip Oil Vitamin E (Tocopherol) Retinol Niacinamide Shea Butter Beeswax Cetyl Alcohol Dimethicone Fragrance

Use caution with:
Strong Oxidizing Agents

Jojoba is technically a liquid wax ester, making it exceptionally stable and broadly compatible with nearly all cosmetic ingredients. It is resistant to oxidative rancidity compared to triglyceride oils, reducing compatibility concerns with antioxidant-sensitive actives. Strong oxidizing agents can degrade the wax ester structure over time.

Formulation notes

Technically a liquid wax rather than a true oil; non-comedogenic rating of 2, suitable for most skin types including sensitive and acne-prone. Cold-pressed, unrefined grades offer the most beneficial phytosterols and tocopherols. No known regulatory usage restrictions; considered non-irritating and non-sensitizing at any typical use level.
